ABOUT
I think I have the best job in the world, that gives me the opportunity to go to new places and meet new people - which is something I find very exciting. How else would I get to photograph oil rig workers in Kansas, cheerleaders in Stockholm or an artist in her house in Fagersta?
When an employer hires a photographer, I believe it is equally important with the personal as how good he can be technical: Is the photographer positive, reliable, self-propelled and how well does he perform, in collaboration with AD, customer and the one being photographed? Do people feel relaxed and comfortable with him? Does he deliver at the appointed time we have asked?
I often work with reportage and portraits where it is important to create a trust between photographer and the person who´s being photographed. That is a confidence which I try to bring to the customer relationship, so that the client can feel safe and confident about hiring me.
I photograph both in available light and studio. I have a BA in photography from the School of Photography and Film in Gothenburg, which will ensure a deeper understanding of what is good visual communication and the importance of a professional result.
